These terms apply to use of the KIPZO website and its recording, editing, storage and publishing features.

Your content

You remain responsible for the videos, audio, images, text and other material you upload, record, edit or publish through KIPZO. You must have the rights or permission needed to use and publish that content.

Third-party content

KIPZO is not a universal video-ripping service. Do not use the service to obtain, reproduce or publish content in a way that infringes copyright, privacy, platform rules or other rights.

Connected platforms

Direct publishing features depend on third-party services such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, account restrictions and API rules. Availability of a connection does not guarantee that a platform will accept or publish a video.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to access another user's projects, credentials or private data.

Acceptable use

Do not use KIPZO for unlawful content, abuse, harassment, malicious software, deceptive access to accounts, or other activity that violates applicable law or the rules of connected platforms.

Availability

KIPZO is under active development. Features may change, fail, be limited by browsers or third-party APIs, or be temporarily unavailable. Saved projects should not be treated as the only copy of important media.

Termination and deletion

Access may be restricted where necessary to protect the service, users, third parties or platform integrations. You may delete saved projects using available account controls.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops.
